Safety Net is a program designed to treat adults and their children who are victimized by family violence. The program provides crisis intervention, referrals/linkages to other agencies and individual and group therapy to prevent further family violence.
Services Include:
- Crisis Intervention for participants and their children
- Assist families in safety planning
- Assessment of family needs
- Linkages with community shelters and other resources
- Individual therapy available for adult victims and their children
- Therapeutic support groups for adult victims and their teens and young children (available in Spanish)
- Childcare available for children under six during group sessions
- Support and advocacy in dealing with the criminal justice system (court appearances, restraining orders, etc.)
