Programs & Services >> The Safety Net Program

Safety Net is a program designed to treat adults and their children who are victimized by family violence. The program provides crisis intervention, referrals/linkages to other agencies and individual and group therapy to prevent further family violence.

Services Include:

  • Crisis Intervention for participants and their children
  • Assist families in safety planning
  • Assessment of family needs
  • Linkages with community shelters and other resources
  • Individual therapy available for adult victims and their children
  • Therapeutic support groups for adult victims and their teens and young children (available in Spanish)
  • Childcare available for children under six during group sessions
  • Support and advocacy in dealing with the criminal justice system (court appearances, restraining orders, etc.)
